For this home, our team identified multiple layers of existing roofing materials, aging components, and areas of compromised decking. To properly restore the integrity of the structure, we performed a complete tear-off of all existing roofing systems, exposing the roof deck for a full inspection.

Once exposed, we addressed all necessary sheathing repairs to ensure a solid, secure foundation. Any deteriorated or moisture-damaged decking was replaced, bringing the roof back to structural standards. Furthermore all fascia board was swapped out for fresh new ones. 

We then installed a high-performance PABCO roofing system designed for long-term durability:

• Premium architectural shingles for enhanced protection and curb appeal
• Advanced underlayment for superior waterproofing
• Reinforced valley protection to prevent future leak points
• All new penetration flashings for vents and roof components
• Upgraded ventilation to improve airflow and extend roof lifespan

Special attention was given to critical areas such as valleys and the chimney, where we installed new flashing systems to eliminate common failure points.
