We hired MCCR roofing to fix an issue with a cracked downspout and to clean our gutters. The work was completed on time and with respect for our property and landscaping. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We had 1 small issue at the end that Miguel personally handled to our complete satisfaction. He kept us informed of the progress daily with drone photos & texts. Incredible work - so pleased. They replaced our roof (flat roof) -- on budget, on time. Of course they dealt with all the permits and the local inspector. They provide a really great warranty on their labor (10 years) and there's 25 years on the roofing materials. Miguel the owner is so detailed, explained all the options thoroughly and made sure his team did such quality work. Our local inspector was really impressed. Great company, got my roof finished fast and before the rain came. Miguel was friendly, easy to talk to and would always answered my phone call, emails, and texts in a fast manner. I had a water pipe burst in my attic weeks after the job was complete, and Miguel came out and fix the problem even thought the problems wasn't related to the roofing job. Needed a Roofer that was Experienced, Reliable and Efficient for a Reroof on my Moms House. Found that in MCCR Roofing. I had already secured one bid from another company that was substantially higher and another company out of Lower Lake not even show up for the appointment. Miguel, The Owner of MCCR was prompt. Gave me a No Nonsense Bid after clearly explaining the work to be done and The Materials to be used. Went with Miguel and am now very Happy. Quality Work! Great Crew!! Stripped it fast and off to the races. Took extra time to paint all the new flashings and install proper venting to satisfy The Local inspector. Coordinated The new Gutter install. Quite happy with The Gutter Work. Did have a concern about the original Gutter having only one drop, but Miguel had his guy add an additional drop no questions asked. I had gotten a quote from Gutter Masters and they wanted 3500.00 just to do the qutters in the front of my home ....Miguel did all my gutters for under 1000.00 and took pictures of his work to show me the roof and gutters when he was finished I can't remember the last time I had such wonderful help I am keeping him in my phone and will stay with him from now on

Miguel came with his crew and did all the repairs needed on the roof as outlined from his inspection. It included reroofing the porch roof section and installing a roof vent. The cost was very reasonable, and they added on a cleaning of the solar panels. Miguel and his crew were very good to work with, very amiable and answered all my questions. Trust is especially important to me when it comes to hiring someone for a big job such as needing a new roof, and I had the great fortune of meeting Miguel. My roof leaked into my bedroom ceiling, and I contacted Miguel who came over in the rain to put tarps over the whole roof until the weather was suitable to replace it. He understood the needs of a flat roof, ordered an excellent product, constructed areas so it would drain better into the downspouts and even created scuppers from the TPO since it would be better than store bought. Reasonable price. Miguel repaired and replaced a flat roof on our home. He is prompt, communicates clearly and does excellent work. He often arrived early to start the day’s work and provided updates during the process. I feel confident that our roof will stand up to the winter storms now!
